If I hire you, will I need to attend my hearing?

No need to download, print and mail the forms to us. You will be able to sign the forms on-line, from your computer, tablet or smart phone. You do not need to attend the hearing.
Do you always get a reduction?
No, we can’t guarantee a reduction, but we can guarantee we will use our extensive resources and 100+ years of combined experience to make sure your property tax value is fair and equal.

Other tax consulting firms charge from 25% to 50% of tax savings. We don't believe in gouging our clients. We will work diligently with the highest degree of professionalism to make sure your property tax value is not excessive
What is the deadline to file a protest??
Due to a law change, the protest deadline for 2024 is May 15th on all property. Denton County's protest deadline for 2024 is June 14th.
